What Our Service Covers

Here is exactly what our technicians work through on each appliance service, so you know what's being done to your RV.

A/C Service Checklist

✓Look over the rooftop cover (shroud) for damage
✓Take off the shroud and clean the condenser coils
✓Clear debris out of the rooftop unit by brush, vacuum and air
✓Wash the ceiling filters and confirm the ducts are sealed
✓Verify the mounting gasket and return air seals
✓Run the thermostat and cooling cycle to confirm operation

Refrigerator Checklist

✓Clean the burner assembly, igniter and pilot
✓Clear nests, bugs, webs and debris from the outside access panel
✓Inspect the unit and confirm it runs correctly
✓Leak test the propane (LP) supply line
✓Look up any open Dometic or Norcold recalls

Water Heater Checklist

✓Remove nests, bugs, webs and other debris
✓Empty the tank and flush the system
✓Test the pop off valve and check the anode rod on Suburban units (replacement rod not included)

Furnace Checklist

✓Clean the burner, pilot, electrode and chamber
✓Clear dust, debris, nests and webs out of the case, fan wheels and casting chamber
✓Check the motor, blower wheels, limit switch and sail switch
✓Leak check the gas supply line, then test operation
✓Confirm the thermostat works and check the date on the LP detector
